About Me.

Who I Am:

Creativity has been my touchstone, guiding me through life’s deepest challenges and most meaningful transitions. It is my mission to share its transformative power with others.

For many years, I struggled with panic attacks and uncertainty, unsure how to navigate the overwhelming feelings in my body and mind. Everything changed when I turned to creativity—it became a healing balm that helped me not only understand myself more deeply, but also find stability in the midst of struggle.

Halfway through earning my master’s in Depth Psychology and Creativity at Pacifica Graduate Institute, I became a mother—and once again, creativity became my anchor. Then, in January of 2025, my family lost our home and community in Altadena due to the Eaton fire. In the aftermath, it has been my practice in expressive arts that has given me a ground: a place to grieve, to feel, and to rebuild.

These experiences have ignited my passion to help others access the healing potential of creative expression. I believe artmaking is not about performance—it’s about process, presence, and possibility. Whether you're facing change, seeking connection, or honoring joy, expressive arts can offer a soulful path toward self-discovery. You don’t have to be an artist. You only have to be willing to show up—to your story, your heart, and your creative voice.

I hold a master’s in Depth Psychology and Creativity from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a certification in Social Emotional Arts Facilitation from UCLA Arts & Healing, and am currently completing professional training in Expressive Arts Therapy through the Expressive Arts Institute. I’m also the founder of The Bella Arts Foundation, a nonprofit offering creative arts access to communities in need.

Artistic Background:

I’m a professional vocalist and songwriter who has been fortunate to receive a number of accolades and awards over the years. I’ve performed on late-night television, at award shows, with orchestras across the U.S., and on the stages of some of LA’s most iconic venues. I’ve written songs for my own projects, as well as for film and television, in collaboration with my husband. Together, we created our project, The Sheen, as contributors to the Meta Music Initiative.

It is one of my greatest joys to continue writing and recording music, while nurturing my daughter's own love for music and creative expression.
